• We use special certified cleaning products in rooms and common areas that eliminate 99.9% of virus and bacteria.
• We increased cleaning and disinfection frequencies in all common areas.
• Visual reminders and recommendations in all common areas promoting social distance and facemask use.
• The elevator is limited to single-family groups one at a time.
• The in-room minibar is empty, our front desk or pool bar staff can stock for you the items you want to buy.
• 100% of our staff is fully vaccinated by their own will.
• We continue serving our high quality buffet breakfast, adding additional staff in order to assist you in the service, and with 45 minutes shifts in order to control the maximum guests allowed in the breakfast room.
• Daily housekeeping service is provided as usual.

1. Object

This declaration concerning the agreement guidelines for personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”), is aimed at informing you as a visitor and/or user of our sites about the way in which we treat your Personal Information (as defined later on), and about the various rights you have as far as our use of your Personal Information is concerned.
